Who Are We? Firstly, thank you for spending the time and showing interest in finding out more about our business, Silver Cube Promotions cc. Silver Cube started as a one-man business at the beginning of 2005 and we are all very proud of what we have become today.
Our ever-increasing team puts the first emphases on customer service and ensuring that sourcing promotional products is as effortless as possible for you, our customer.
When asked what we supply our response is usually, "If you want your name on it, we'll put it there for you" and as a result we get some strange projects to work on. The core of the business however, is the supply of branded promotional gifts and clothing to the corporate market.
We are, to a certain degree, an e-commerce business with multiple product-specific websites to make choosing the right gift that much easier for you. Links to these sites are provided on the left hand side of the web page under 'Promotional Websites'. As a result, we not only service a lot of the major corporates in the country, but a large number of smaller businesses too. Although we are based in Cape Town (we're planning to open in Johannesburg soon), over 80% of our clients are in other parts of South Africa and some even in neighbouring countries, Europe and the USA.
Once you have selected a product you like we supply you with a graphical representation of what it will look like. Once you've signed off on the artwork your product is put into production. This effectively cuts the possibility of mistakes and ensures that your final product is exactly as you wanted.
We believe that the success of our business is in your hands. If you're happy you'll come back to us and hopefully you'll tell your friends. This is one of the reasons I have not had to make a cold call for over a year.
